Our open volunteer positions include

Social Media Guru:

In this role you will help to manage and organize our social media strategy. You are best suited for this position if you are addicted to Facebook and Twitter, know a lot about various online mediums and how to manage and organize corporate social media plans… or if you just have really good ideas about how to do all of that! Expected time commitment is 1-3 hours per week.

IT Support:

Our ideal techy would help us with our website (WordPress) and our technology marketing plan (using InfusionSoft). You are best suited for this position if you know a LOT about WordPress, plugins, techy stuff in general, and are the type of person who can easily figure it out when you don’t know. Expected time commitment is 1-3 hours per week.

Director of Marketing:

In this role you will help to create, manage and implement our marketing plan. You are best suited for this role if you have experience in graphic design and possess the required software. You must possess knowledge of common marketing strategies, be greatly skilled in the art of the English language, and be the creative friend everyone goes to for help. You can expect to work 1-5 hours per week in this role and must be able to meet deadlines.

Executive Assistant:

In this role you will assist the Director of Education and CEO with daily duties. This could include interacting with clients and vendors, correspondence, filing and retrieving of organizational documents/records/reports, invoicing, memos, letters and financial statements, creating spreadsheet/databases and/or other presentations. You will also setup and coordinate meetings and conferences and occasionally record minutes. You are ideally suited for this role if you are the most organized person you know and your files and closets are alphabetical organized and color-coded.

Our open paid positions include

Director of Continuing Education:

In this role you will assist us in rolling-out our expanded Continuing Education Division. You will be responsible for marketing and advertising of online workshops and webinars, student enrollment, applying for CEUS (continuing education units) through partner organizations and sending forms to students once workshop is completed. You will also be responsible for refinement of the topics to be presented and of the program in general. You are ideally suited for this role if you have experience with continuing education, curriculum writing, have a broad knowledge of educational principles and identify yourself as a constant seeker of knowledge. This position will be a commission based role on all continuing education revenue.
